About
Facilitator, Ecstatic Dance DJ, Sound Healer and lifelong student of Vipassana. Astralinth weaves Buddhist mindfulness, Vedic knowledge and the honesty of the dance floor into one practice, and trains the people who hold space for others.
No spiritual shortcuts, no guru games and no “good vibes only”. Astralinth calls out the fluff in modern spirituality and goes back to the source: understanding mindfulness and the Vedic systems properly, and respecting the traditions they come from.
“The dance floor is a meditation hall with the lights turned low.”

Listen to past journeysVoices from the circle
I came to dance and left with a practice. The silence at the end of the journey is something I carry into every week.
The facilitator training changed how I hold a room. Less doing, more presence, and my circles feel it.
His sets build like a prayer. You don’t notice the arc until you’re lying on the floor: crying, laughing, home.
The Vedic module gave me a language for what I was already sensing in people. Practical, never dogmatic.
I learned more about DJing from what Astralinth leaves out than from any tutorial: space, patience, listening.
Sati · the practice
Mindfulness isn’t a trend or a quick fix. It is a 2,500-year-old practice, and I encourage you to bring it everywhere: to the dance, the room, the table and the rest between. Learn it properly, respect where it comes from, and it quietly changes how you live.
“Knowing what is happening, while it is happening.”
